Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Soundliminal LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"), which runs GrowOnReels. By creating an account or using GrowOnReels you accept them. If you use GrowOnReels for a business, you accept them for that business too. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.

2. Beta service

GrowOnReels is in beta. Features, plans, prices, limits and output quality may change, and the service may be slow or unavailable at times. We'll tell you in advance about changes that affect what you pay.

3. Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

4. Plans, credits and payments

• Reels cost credits by their length: a 30-second reel uses 100 credits, a 45-second reel 150 and a 60-second reel 200. Plans show their credits on the pricing page.
• Paid plans add credits every billing period. On the Studio plan you connect your own Claude API key and your own ElevenLabs API key: you pay Anthropic directly under its own terms for the writing and animation, and ElevenLabs directly under its own terms for the voice, your own voice and the music (commercial use of ElevenLabs audio needs a paid ElevenLabs plan), and the plan has a monthly reel limit instead of credits. Unused plan credits roll over for one month, then expire. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• The free demo shows reels made in advance, marked "Demo". Don't remove or hide that mark. The first reel you make yourself costs a one-time fee shown on the pricing page, once per account and per payment card, and includes one free redo of a single scene; if you then subscribe, that fee is taken off your first payment.
• Redoing a scene (beyond the free scene redo that comes with the first reel) and changing a reel's words beyond the free changes cost credits, as shown on the pricing page.
• Top-up credits can be bought at any time and follow the same rules.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for, and remaining credits end with it.
• Refunds: credits and subscription payments are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase; by making a reel within those 14 days you ask us to start right away and you lose the right to withdraw for what you've used.

5. What you put in

You keep ownership of everything you give us: topics, answers, scripts, pictures and style references. You give us permission to use them only to run GrowOnReels for you, which includes sending them to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy (for example Anthropic, to write the script and animations, and ElevenLabs, to voice the script).

You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload. In particular, only upload pictures you took, own, or are licensed to use, and pictures of people only with their permission.

6. The reels you make

As between you and us, you own the reels you make with GrowOnReels and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially: on your channels, in ads and for your business.

• Stock photos: photos found for you come from Pexels and stay under the Pexels licence. Don't sell them on their own, don't suggest that a person or brand shown endorses you, and don't show identifiable people in a bad or offensive light.
• Voiceover: the voice is generated by ElevenLabs from your script and is licensed for use inside your reel. Don't extract the audio from your reels to train or feed another AI model.
• Music and sound design: made for your reel and licensed for use with it.
• On Studio: the voice, your own voice and the music are generated on your own ElevenLabs account, so their use is governed by your ElevenLabs plan and terms (commercial use needs a paid ElevenLabs plan).
• Similar output: reels are made by AI. Your animations are new for your account, but other people may get similar ideas, wording or looks, and you don't get exclusive rights to a style.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use GrowOnReels to make, upload or share anything that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or involves minors in any harmful way;
• impersonates a real person, brand or organisation;
• makes false or misleading claims about real people, products or brands, including fake endorsements or reviews;
• uses images, logos or other material you have no right to use;
• gives dangerous medical, financial or legal claims as fact.

Also don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around credit or reel limits or the demo mark, share or resell your account, or use GrowOnReels to build a competing product.

8. What you publish is up to you

Scripts are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check every reel before you post it, especially health, money and legal statements. You're responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of the platforms you post on.

9. No guarantee of results

We work hard to make every reel good, but we can't promise views, followers, sales or any other result, and we don't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using GrowOnReels and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk; where it's reasonable we'll warn you first. If we close the service entirely, we'll give you notice so you can download your reels.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, GrowOnReels is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll email you before they take effect. If you keep using GrowOnReels after that, the new terms apply.
